By using the Puutelista application ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. The Service

Puutelista is a collaborative shopping list application that allows users to create groups, lists, and items to coordinate acquisitions. The Service provides real-time synchronization and communication features.

2. User Accounts

You must register to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account authentication methods (email access or OAuth credentials). We do not store passwords.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purpose or to harass others. You retain ownership of the content (text, photos) you upload.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service software and design are owned by the developers of Puutelista. You grant us a license to host and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you and your group.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" without guarantees of availability. We are not liable for any data loss or damages arising from the use of the Service.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland.
